At Bite Style, every tee is made just for you and printed with care. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Email us at support@bitestyle.com
- Include a photo clearly showing the issue
This helps us resolve things quickly and fairly.
✅ How We Make It Right
Once the issue is confirmed, you can choose:
- A free replacement (our preferred solution), or
- A full refund, if you’d rather not receive a replacement
👉 No returns are required. You can keep the original item — gift it or donate it if you’d like.
Please note: Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
🇪🇺 European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
